Jesus, where did that go? A lot of mindless drivel to be honest, but hey, all good stuff. For a 100th posting, a fairly inocuous training session... some intervals on the treadmill. 5 x 3 mins at 14.5kms/h with 2 mins recovery at 10kms/h in between. Pretty tough work actually, again after the long run at the weekend, and my shins were hurting slightly afterwards, but all done and a good session.
Another 7 miler tomorrow night with some strides included. So nice to be on taper for the marathon :)
