Heavy legs
First proper run last night after the 22 miler on Saturday (bar the interval training I did on the day after), and boy did my legs feel heavy. Only did 7 miles, and went out fairly recreational to be honest ( a leisurely 1hr 3 mins for 7 miles!)... but was probably good to just get it out the system. Another interval session planned for this evening, followed by another 7 miler on Thursday. The 2008 runners are off on Thursday, and even I feel excited for them, wish I was off too, but I know that I'm nowhere near ready yet for it, hence the next year of training!
